A holiday on the scenic island of Munapirti, just half an hour from Kotka and a little over an hour from Helsinki. Well-equipped cottages on their own seaside plots are suitable for year-round use. The cabins are of different sizes and are suitable for small to large groups. Each cottage is located on the sunny seashore, it is possible to get up and down, you will never get bored. The forest and our cottages are everywhere, there are great areas for berry picking, mushroom picking and other beautiful Munapirtti island archipelago. We also want to develop the yard areas of the cottages as natural as possible.

Annual rental

Have you dreamed of your own cottage? But it seems like a long commitment, expensive and time consuming. Taking out a loan for a vacation home is a big investment, and you’re not sure if you’re even ready for a vacation home. We have a solution for this! We rent our cottages with an annual contract, during which the cottage is only for the renter’s own use. The cabins are already furnished and you can arrive at the cabin whenever you want. You don’t have to, when you arrive at the cabin and enjoy your time. We take care of broken devices or other problem situations, and you don’t have to stress. Water and garbage points are included in the rent of the cottage, as well as 2 times a year emptying the mud pit if the cottage has an indoor toilet. So, in addition to the rent, the tenant only has to pay electricity and the purchase of firewood for the cottage, as well as maintenance of the yard. The annual contract includes 3 throwing cubes of trees in the first year, and in the future we can deliver more according to the current price. The rental agreement can be terminated one month before the end of the agreement. Just let us know if you want to continue with a new contract or end the rental until the end of the contract. The person who made the agreement always has the opportunity to decide on the continuation as a priority. Ask for an offer on the cabin options that are right for you. Note! We are a small family business that was founded in 1985. Our operations have grown every year and we intend to grow moderately in the future as well. The entrepreneurs are son Christian and father Christer, who have only been working together for a short time (2018), but with Christer's solid experience and Christian's innovative way of working, we are able to offer relaxing accommodation at competitive prices.
We constantly try to update and renew our cabins and our activities and offer a peaceful and relaxing cabin experience in the middle of the rush. Nature itself gives energy and endurance in the middle of everyday life. The peace and purity of nature brings refreshment, even if the vacation is only a couple of days long.
We want to serve and produce peaceful and natural accommodation. The integrity of nature and cleanliness are important in our operations. In order for the area to be as natural as possible, we strive to clean and prune the forest as nature-friendly as possible. Our family has a long tradition of forest care, and our aim is to continue our activities while respecting nature.
In 2022, we started investing in solar panels. We currently have approx. 40 panels and during this year we plan to double the number of solar panels. The purpose is to produce 50% of the annual consumption by the end of 2023.
We also try to listen to and fulfill our customers' wishes and bring added value to areas and cottages.

Rent a seaside cottage from Pyhtää, Kymenlaakso

All cottages have electric heating and the fireplace with firewood. The cottages have a flat-screen TV, radio, shower, sauna with wood or electric stove, barbecue and outdoor furniture and a private rowing boat on the beach. The kitchen includes an electric stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Some cottages also have a dishwasher, washing machine, dvd player and / or cd player.

The inside toilet and bidet are found in almost all cottages. Some of the cottages in the washroom have the comfort of adding floor heating. More detailed information on cottage equipment is available at the cottages.
