Built 1991. Renovated and indoor toilet in 2010.
38 square meter sauna building from 1991. Pump and Water Supply 2011.
Inside has made improvments and facelift 2018. Air conditioner installed 2023.

Layout and features:
2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, terrace and fireplace. Cottage have shared beach sauna.

Shower and toilet are in same space next to terrace (outside, look floor plan).  Floor heating is in washroom and toilet. From the living room’s windows you can see the sea.

Yardarea

Each cottage (5C, 5D and 5E) is built on the hill slope. The cottages are approximately 20 meters apart each other. Each has a private terrace but a common road, parking area and courtyard area. The cottage can only be reached via the stairs. The yard barbeque is located next to the beach sauna, which is in shared use.
New grillhouse is giving guests perfect way to enjoy the area. The key to house you find same keychain with the cottage key.

The Beach
The beach is sandy and partly rocky. The beach is sunny, so the sun shines from morning to evening. The beach is facing south-southeast. Perfect for sunbathing and for children. The terrain of the beach area is flat but walking to the cottage need to climb up the hill.
